有著新鮮年輕的果味，誘人的黑莓、黑色櫻桃、香草、菸草、花香通通都均衡的結合在一起了，結構完整緊實又尾韻悠長。據說她常保年輕又有陳年香氣的秘密是在大型木造酒槽中熟成之後改到新的小型橡木桶裡培養肌肉，接著放置在舊桶中兩年，然後在回大型木槽。我無意賣弄有限的專業知識，只是有機會遇上這麼一位和諧活潑，複雜內斂的大家閨秀，我想紀錄與她對話那美麗的片刻！

It is fresh, young and fruity. Alluring black berry, black cherry, vanilla, tobacco, and floral mingled together in perfect balance. Firm structure with long finish. The secret behind the fact that this wine has a young character but still has aged flavor is that the winemaker ages the wine in barrels of different sizes, and also a mix of old barrels and new barrels. I have no intention to play my limited wine knowledge here. But hoping to record the moment that I encounter such a beauty with harmony and lively, complex and introverted.
